Safety and Health: Inform the teacher of any injuries or health conditions before class. Do not perform your own, separate routine; follow the instructor’s sequence. Studio Environment: Keep the room quiet, refrain from using phones, and do not adjust lights or doors. Hygiene: Use a clean mat and towel, especially in hot yoga, and avoid strong perfumes. Leaving: Avoid leaving before the final relaxation (Savasana) to avoid disturbing others. Preparation Tips Attire: Wear comfortable, stretchy, and secure clothing.
